By standing independently from your home, it offers the freedom to transform a quiet corner or a central patio into a purposeful space for dining, relaxing, or entertaining. Fully customisable across all design features and with a range side options, you can create your perfect open retreat or cosy garden room according to your needs.
Side options such as fixed glass walls, aluminium walls, and lockable sliding glass doors can be added later, allowing your structure to adapt and evolve with your lifestyle.

Initial Conversation
You tell us exactly what you want to achieve with the space.
We'll answer any questions you might have and if you require it we'll advise and assist you with the benefit of our 10years+ of experience of fitting verandas and garden rooms.
Quote
We'll give you an upfront quote so that you decide straight away if we are coming in in your price range.
We wont employ any pushy sales tactics but we will provide a helpful and friendly service and any assistance you might need throughout your project.
If you like the price and the service we have provided up to this point and and think that we would be a good fit for you project then we'll come out and carry out a survey at your property.
While we're there we'll answer any further questions you might have.

Order
We'll have a final run through of everything including installation timelines.
If you're happy with then you can place the order.
Once the order is placed we'll keep you up to date with progress both before and during the installation process.
